What is a template?
A template is an internet page that contains model contents. It allows you to put your pictures and texts on the internet in the easiest way and without needing any knowledge in programming or graphic design.
Which programs do I need to display the templates?
Depending on which version of a template you choose, you`ll need:
1.) Flash, Version MX or higher for modifying Flash Templates. If you do not have it yet, you can buy it at Adobe.com (Macromedia).
2.) SwishMax 1 or SwishMax 2 software for modifying Swish Templates, Swish Guestbooks, Swish Intros, etc. You can buy Swish Max software HERE.
3.) Adobe® Fireworks to work with our PNG Templates. You can buy it at Adobe.com (Macromedia).
How can I work on the templates?
The templates are designed in such a way that you only need to insert your contents, such as texts and pictures, into the designated areas. You then load the files onto your server or web space using FTP.
Can I change the design of the templates?
The main design of the templates is usually created with programs other than Flash or Swish Max and can therefore not be altered. However, it is no problem at all to replace these designs with your own.
What happens after I`ve made the bank transfer?
As soon as we have received your transfer, you will be sent an email with a confirmation and a link to download. Then you may download the product 3 days.
What is included when I buy a template?
You receive all required data including the original design files. Included are:
1. .swi-files / or .fla-files
2. .swf-Files
3. PNG and FONT Files
What is a .swf file?
A .swf file is created when exporting from Flash or Swish Max. This file includes the programmed movies and is able to display them later via browser or Flash player.
What is a .swi / .fla file?
.swi files can be opened using the program Swish Max. Then, you can make changes to the templates using this program or insert content.
The same applies to .fla files, which however can only be opened with Flash.
Do I get a CD when I buy a template?
We don`t support CD delivery. There are no Boxed Versions of Templates.
Do I get an invoice when I buy a template?
You will receive a detailed invoice, also showing VAT.
I need different labels for the buttons.
If you have purchased a template with designed buttons, the package will usually contain more buttons which you can use to replace the designed ones.
In case the package does not include buttons with the exact labels you require, you can always order extra buttons from us that have your individual labels for your template.*

Can I also have my contents integrated into the template?

Can I resell the templates?
You will receive a detailed invoice, also showing VAT.
The templates are licensed to be used on one domain only. Using a template as a pattern for another end-user is not prohibited. Buttons can be used with three different addresses.

I downloaded the file, but can`t open it on my computer.
A decompression program such as WinRAR or WinZip is needed to open the file. These programs are available for free on the internet.
How do I unpack the file?
The easiest way to do this is to copy the packed file into a new folder and then select "unpack in this folder" from the context menu by clicking the right button of your mouse.
Another option is to drag-and-drop the file into a new folder.
What is the advantage of a .png template?
.png templates include all the designs included in the screenshots. All designs can be individually edited. In this way you can adjust these templates. It can even be used to create an html-page, for example.
What do I need to work on a .png template?
To work on .png templates you need the program Fireworks, version 4 or higher, including the basic effects and perhaps some additional effects. Please ask us about it before ordering a template of this type.

I have made the bank transfer, but still haven`t received the download link.
Should you not have received the download link although your bank transfer has been completed, please notify us via email. Always include your order number.
Can I obtain a template as a Unique?
You certainly can choose a template as a Unique: the template will be taken out of our program following your purchase, so that other customers cannot buy the same template. Simply select the option Unique when making your purchase.
How can I integrate a swishmax guestbook?
Guestbooks are generally available in 2 versions. Template version: you receive all the data necessary to enter the guestbook directly into to template in question. Generally, the index.swi is extended by a further button (Guestbook). Stand-alone version: this version can be used as an independent guestbook. You can also enter this kind of guestbook into any other Swish-file. The guestbook is found in one single Sprite.
What do I need to integrate a Swish Guestbook?
In order to use a guestbook, you will need, first of all, a php-capable server / web space. Generally, every provider carries this. Second, you will need a MySQL-Database to manage the entries. This too is available through most providers. If you are already using a database, you can also use it for the guestbook.
What good are the icon sets to me?
Icon sets can be integrated into your projects (such as websites, software products, etc) as often as you like.
